What can I expect if I start training with you?
I completely understand how nerve racking it can be to jump into a situation involving change and unknowns. My job as your trainer is to get to know you, your wants and needs and meet you where you are. Ultimately, my goal is for you to leave our sessions feeling stronger, more confident and EXCITED about fitness and your individual journey. I'll be here to support your journey in and out of our sessions, so never be afraid to reach out!
What does an average session look like?
Even though sessions will vary based on goals, they will always have the same basic structure. Sessions are 55-60 minutes long. We will always have our warm up segment, main workout and finish with a cool down segment. Depending on goals, I might even send you with some homework to ensure we're taking the best care of our muscles and joints!
How soon can I expect to see results?
Unfortunately, there is no cookie cutter answer for this one. The results you see and when you see them can be affected by a variety of variables. These can include frequency of sessions, intensity of sessions, nutrition, sleep, age, etc. Once you're onboarded as a client with me, we'll work together to create a realistic and accurate timeline for your goals. My training approach is geared towards long term sustainability, so it's important to understand that results only come from patience, consistency and hard work.
